Development and application of UHPLC-MS/MS method for the determination of phenolic compounds in Chamomile flowers and Chamomile tea extracts

Abstrakt

Phenolic compounds from the group of flavonoids and phenolic acids were determined in Chamomile flowers and Chamomile tea extracts using UHPLC-MS/MS method. The method was validated and the comparison of the content of phenolic compounds was accomplished within a variety of Chamomile samples.
