Analysis of Amaryllidaceae alkaloids from Zephyranthes robusta by GC-MS and their cholinesterase activity

Abstrakt

The alkaloid extract from the bulbs of Zephyranthes robusta has been analysed by GC-MS. The cholinesterase (AChE, BuChE) inhibition activity of this extract was evaluated.
