Regulation of drug-metabolizing cytochrome P450 enzymes by glucocorticoids

Abstrakt

The paper deals with the transcriptional regulation of drug-metabolizing cytochrome P450 enzymes by both endogenous and exogenous glucocorticoids. We summarize the most important mechanisms of the regulation for key enzymes of the family.
