Ultra high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry analysis of quorum-sensing molecules of Candida albicans

Abstrakt

UHPLC method with tandem mass spectrometry detection was developed for quantitation of farnesol and tyrosol in biological material. Electrospray in positive ion mode detection was used for analysis.

The method was validated and applied for vaginal washing samples.
