Abstract

In the current paper, we demonstrate the existence of functional cross-talk between AhR and GR signalling pathways and provide convincing evidence that dexamethasone, a prototype synthetic agonist of GR, controls CYP1A2 expression and CYP1A1/2 activity in primary human hepatocytes.
