Beneficial effects of rutin, quercitrin and quercetin on inflammatory bowel disease

Abstract

The aim of this review article was to obtain a deeper understanding of the reported effects of flavonols. Recently published results obtained in in vitro approaches and in vivo experiments on animal models are reported.
