Flubendazole metabolism and biotransformation enzymes activities in healthy sheep and sheep with haemonchosis

Abstrakt

When in vitro metabolism of flubendazole was compared in control and infected animals, significantly lower velocity of flubendazole reduction in sheep with haemonchosis was found.
