Characterization of metabolites of sibutramine in primary cultures of rat hepatocytes by liquid chromatography - ion trap mass spectrometry

Abstrakt

Biotransformation profile for sibutramine with rat hepatocytes is proposed. Clear enantioselective formation was observed for two hydroxyl derivatives and two glucuronide conjugates.
