Abstract

The group of new derivatives of N-benzylsalicylthioamides was synthesized and the compounds were tested for in vitro antimycobacterial activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Mycobacterium kansasii and Mycobacterium avium; Toppliss approach was used for the SAR study
