Relevance of miR-21 and miR-143 expression in tissue samples of colorectal carcinoma and its liver metastases

Abstrakt

Aim of study was to assess relation of miR-21 and miR-143 expression to prognosis of patients with colorectal carcinoma. Shorter DFI was recorded in patients with higher tumor tissue expression of miR-21 and in patients with higher expression of miR-143.
