Our experience with making diagnosis and treatment of vestibular schwannoma

Authors operated 65 patients (1991-2009). Tumors expanded in to the cerebellopontine angle in 83,1% (gr.

III.- VI.). Hearing was preserved in 21,2% of patients and suficient function of facial nerve in 78,8% of patients.
