Abstract
Allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis (ABPA) is an immunologic pulmonary disorder caused by hypersensitivity reactions to Aspergillus fumigatus, colonizing the patient’s bronchial tree. We present our first experience with anti-IgE therapy in ABPA.
