Cytokines and liver regeneration after partial portal vein ligation in porcine experimental model

Abstrakt

After ligation of portal branches of right liver lobes recombinant porcine IL-6 or TNF-alpha or physiological solution was applied. The acceleration of growth ofy hypertrophic lobes was maximal on the 7th postoperative day in experimental group.

This paper compare results achieved by various branches of experimental study.
