Arterial properties in relation to genetic variation in a-adducin and the renin - angiotensin system in a White population

Abstrakt

In general population we investigated effect of a-adducin gene (ADD1) and genes for systém renin-angiotensin in relation to arterial properties. ADD1 and AT1R interactively determine the elastic properties of femoral artery.
