Proteomic analysis of proteins bound to adsorption units of extracorporeal liver support system under clinical conditions

Abstrakt

Proteomic analysis of proteins bound to adsorption units of extracoporeal liver support system (Prometheus) was performed in a patient with acute on chronic liver failure due to acute alcoholic hepatitis. Specific adsorption was found in prothrombin, thyroxin and vitamin A transporters, trypsin and HABP.
