Long-term results of calcaneal fracture treatment by open reduction and internal fixation using a calcaneal locking compression plate from an extended lateral approach

Abstract

We retrospectivaly analyze the mid-term result in group of patients treated by open reduction and internal fixation from extended lateral approach with calcaneal intraarticular fractures, we used calcaneal locking compression plate in 61 fractures.
