Activity of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in the blood of ewes and their lambs receiving the selenium-enriched unicellular alga Chlorella

Abstract

Selenium suplementation of ewes led to higher activity of GSH-Px in blood and selenium concentration in serum of their lambs; the organic form of so was more officient.
