Effects of acute stressors on the expression of oxytocin receptor mRNA in hearts of rats with different activity of HPA axis

Abstrakt

The aim was study mRNA expression of oxytocin receptors in two rat strains,Sprague-Dawley and Lewis after application of immobilization stress.Our results indicate that oxytocin receptor could be involved in the regulation in the heart after stress.
