Abstrakt
The Private- and Procedural International Law is in the legal order of the Czech republic mainly regulated in the Private- and Procedural International Law (No. 97/1963 Coll., PIL). The PIL will be from 1.1.2014 superseded by the new czech PIL.
The new PIL brings not revolutionary changes, but it modernises und updates czech International Private Law. The new Regulation of the applicable law and procedural law is influenced by the European International Private Law.
