Abstrakt
The basic group constitute by 355 men (21-52 years old, median 34 years). They were examined together with their female partners with a fertility disorders at the Special Division for Infertility and Immunology of Reproduction at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Charles University and University Hospital in Pilsen, Czech Republic.
Detailed medical history was obtained from both partners. The control group consisted of 56 healthy sperm donors.
