Traditional agriculture as a cultural heritage. Trees in 1íth century agriculture

Abstract

Poster points out the lack of information about agroforestry and its history in Czechia. On two model areas it is shown, that various agroforestry techniques in the chosen period can be found including pastures, meadow and garden with trees.

The pattern and extent of these plots differs between the model areas, thus further research is needed. The ecological and etnological conseqences of the shrinkage of these plots are illustrated.
