Abstract
The article deals with consequences of change of EU strategy from Lisboan one to that one which is designed as Europe 2020. It finds out that the interpretative frame of Europe 2020 corresponds to the advanced understanding of innovation covering interfaces of technological, economic and social resources of human activity.
