Abstract
The textbook is primarily dedicated to the students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport, Charles University in Prague who underwent the subject of Exercise Physiology. The topics of the laboratory practical lessons in object teaching manner, mainly as regards the response of the organism to the physical load, simple functional tests basic methods of exercise diagnostics.
Other part of the text is focused to the advanced method of laboratory a field exercise diagnostics and should be used by students of the Master study programs and all those who are interested in the diagnostic procedures and methods used in Physiology of Exercise and Sport.
