Abstract
86 men with elevated PSA with low free-to-total ratio underwent the 3TMRI including T2 weighted images, diffusion weighted imaging, 3D-chemical-shift imaging and contrast-enhanced dynamic Tl weighted imaging. The evaluation protocol consists of the assessments of morphology, diffusion restriction, choline concentration and the pharmacokinetic of gadolinium-based contrast agent.
The bioptic assessment was performed in every case.
