Public procurements:Themes for Further Developing backed by White Paper on Defence in Connection with Governmental Assesment of Public Procurements

Abstract

This study presents all possible themes of field of public procurements. As the set principles in the White Paper correspond to those set in the governmental dokument Public Procurement, in depens only on MoD experts to what measure they would meet governmental requirements and implement them into drafted concept materials, incorporating rules for placing, assignment, rating, examination and audit.
