Assessing Geography Textbooks in terms of Environmental Ethics

Abstract

This article presents an overview of an assessment of 17 secondary-level geograpy textbooks from the perspective of environmental ethics. A sampling of value-revealing satements were assessed and categorized as various approaches to environmental ethics.
