Beer? Wine! Changing area and spatial distribution of hop-gardens and vineyards in the Czech Republic 1960-2010
Abstrakt
In my presentation I wanted to illustrate the possibilities offered to land use research by two historical datasets currently existing or being build in the Czech Republic. I use the second dataset to describe changes in total area and geographical distribution of two specific land use types connected with production of alcoholic beverages - hop-gardens and vineyards - in the Czech Republic during last fifty years.
