Abstract
Almost one third of people lives in high-rise panel housing estates in Czechia. Housing estates constructed during communist regime have been facing many difficulties, including physical and technical problems of panel houses, lack of public spaces and insufficient services.
Revitalization of high-rise panel housing estates aims not only to improve the physical aspects of residential environment, but also to enhance their image, quality of life and stability of local population.
