Separation and detection of mixture samples by sequential injection chromatography

Publication

Abstract

Separation and detection of mixed stock samples by sequential injection chromatography. Samples with highly different retention characteristics of contended analytes to the set chromatographic conditions are separately separated at with use of at least two columns with different chromatographic conditions.

Analytes with similar retention properties (under optimal conditions) are preferably separated on each column and are eluated and detected successively through one flow cell of spectrophotometric detector. Chromatographic conditions are adjusted by changing the length of the column and / or by changing the stationary phase of the column and / or by changing the mobile phase composition and / or flow rate of mobile phase.
