Psychosocial aspects in contemporary Czech maternity care system. The quality of perinatal care from the perspective of parturients

Abstract

This book provides the most recent information on women's satisfaction with psychosocial aspects of perinatal care based on a representative sample of 1195 Czech parturients who gave birth at Czech maternity hospitals in 2005-2012. The purpose of this study is to provide the health professionals with a feedback and to help raise awareness of the wider public about the situation of the contemporary Czech maternity care and the services it provides.
