Abstract
Modernization of Society in last two centuries lead to basic changes in organization and technologies in agriculture and influenced also methods of land use. Authors document long-term development of land use in Czechia using a special database.
They are concerned on regional differentiation of long-term land use development and they analyze driving forces in special regions.
