Acculturation of sojourners in Czechia (executive managers versus "the Czech people")

Abstract

Mostly problems which sojourners - foreign top managers - are confronted with (both at work and within society) are the main topic of this contribution. A longitudinal approach along with applied qualitative perspective brings new inside into reality as regards basic research (in relation to selected theories) and practice (via possible direct application to firms' regimes/practices).
