Organisational climate of schools : Teachers questionnaire

Abstract

The questionnaire OCDQ-RS was developed by Hoy, Tarter, Kottkamp in the 80s. The questionnaire was to modify in the project Road to Quality Improvement.

A new questionnaire (so called KUS) was to standardize on the sample 1823 teachers from 77 schools. The questionnaire is determined to use for school self-evaluation.

The electronic manual helps to work with the questionnaire.
