Abstract
The article deals with the issue of unpredictability of judicial rulings in the Czech Republic, and analyzes the ensuing problems faced by busunesses from the German-speaking countries. The article presents some of the legislative solutions to this problem adopted by the well-established European legal system as the source of inspiration for the Czech legislature and the judiciary.
