Abstract
Switzerland has similar problems as the Czech Republic with new GP's refilling. However, there is also a shortage of physicians in other specialties.
There is some way how to recruit young GP's and it is to establish medical centres. They have better work conditions which attract young physicians.
In future, it will be necessary to improve ambulatory services. Problems are with financing residencies in the Czech Republic.
