Rank tests and R-estimates in location model with measurement errors

Abstrakt

This paper deals with the testing of hypotheses about paired comparisons in a population model and one-sample problem when the response variables are subject to measurement errors or nuisance regression. It is shown, when and under what conditions, these rank tests can be used effectively, and indicate the effect of measurement errors and nuisance regression on the power of the test.
