Abstract
The paper deals with just completed a project for the management staff in the education sector. It is an innovative educational program that was focused on the headmaster of the schools and their representatives but also to other workers of middle management.
The article describes the basic objectives of the project, its component outputs and outlined the possibility of further recovery, not only for publishing, but also for the possible upgrading of managerial training in the Czech Republic
