Providing Access to and Using Digital Cartographic Resources. The TEMAP project supports the development of methodology and software for accessing map collections.
As copyrights allow, relevant full text documents and maps will become accessible online. The target group are library and museum collection staff, geography teachers, students, professionals and the general public.
This paper evaluates possibilities for working with these documents and their publication, in terms of their unique characteristics and copyright protection.
