Abstract
Chronic periapical lesions and parulis formation are frequent complications of dental caries and injury of deciduous or permanent teeth. The presence of parulis in deciduous dentition is indication for extraction of the affected tooth.
In some cases, intraoral incision completes the extraction of the deciduous tooth.
