Abstract
The author in his monograph deals with the nature protection legislation as an integral part of environmental law. It focuses on the legal instruments of nature conservation, protection of natural heritage, the Convention on the protection of nature and landscape, the creation and protection of Natura 2000 and the conservation of threatened species and habitats.
