Abstract
Publication Chemistry: actively, up-to-date and with applications is a summary publication of four educational modules: The human body and a healthy lifestyle, Theoretical Chemistry practically, Coordination compounds - chemical rarity, or ordinary matter? and Polymers around us. The publication consists of four main chapters that are accompanying text (printed guide) for educational materials stored on the DVD.
The DVD contains four main folders (Lidsky_organismus, Koordinacni_slouceniny, Teoreticka_chemie_prakticky and Polymery_kolem_nas), that contain a large number of files, such as instructional educational programs, explanatory PowerPoint presentations, the accompanying text files, flash animations, photographs, images, 3D models, educational games, worksheets, laboratory work proposals, etc. The publication, together with learning materials is designed for high school chemistry teachers and their students.
