Abstract
The aim of the article is to point out the issue of "eternal" tension between the terms of justice and law and emphasize the importance of legal sociology for creating and finding such a law that would approach ideals of justness as much as possible. The crucial question appears in connection with lawyers and judges in particular, whether a perfect knowledge of legal code is enough to stay fair.
