New options of expensive pneumo-oncological therapy for advanced non-small-cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC) in the first line based on morphological and molecular genetic diagnosis in the Czech Republic

Abstract
Modern diagnostic of non small cell lung cancer is based or previous morphologic classification and on genetic testing of tumour tissue samples. With the help of those investigations, effective chemotherapy and biologically targeted therapy should offer a chance of improved surivval.
An overwiev of expensive drugs used in Czech republic is present, accordingly to rumour types, genetic changes, performance status and smoking habits of patients.l
