Crizotinib as a next molecularly targeted drug in non small cell lung cancer

Abstract

Czech rebuplic belongs to the countries with high incidence od lung cancer. Author presents asual informations on EML-4 ALK gene translocations in non small cell lung cancer, as well as an overview of informations concerning properties of new targeted drug-crizotinib.

Overview is aimed on clinical efficacy of the drug, its safety, and pharmacokinetics and metabolism.
