Monitoring of the development of spinal shape and static properties in children of primary school age using somatometric method: DTP diagnostic system

Abstract
The aim of the prospective pilot study was the investigation of the development of postural function (spinal and statical properties of the spine) in children by the non-invasive DTP systém. The sample consisted of 47 children of primary school age who were examinet twice.
Overall, posture was improved in 15 %, deteriorated in 53 % and remained unchanged in 4 % of examined children.
