Abstrakt
In 2002 Professor Otto Wolfbeis took over the role as the Editor-in-chief of MCA and-as can be well judged after 10 years of his leadership-this became a hallmark for the journal. MCA developed its distinct profile by tying together the initial intentions of its founder which focused on the subject of micro and trace analysis with modern insights in the light of the new millennium.
