Subfossil chironomids reveal the paleoclimate: is modeling enough?

Abstract

The Holocene and Late Glacial temperature inffered from subfossil chironomid assemblages at Plesne lake using two different tranfer function. Using other geochemical proxies for interpretation of inferred temperature and its discrepency.
