Abstract
The text comes out from contemporary Czech language education problems at primary schools, it demonstrates different teacher types educational methods and summarizes advantages and disadvatages of inductive and deductive education methods. At practical demonstration of proper names exposition the text shows the possibility of constructivist approach to education with an aim to construct the pupil's cognitive structures.
