Abstrakt
On Dutch literary concepts of Realism from 1820 till 1850.This study takes a stand against the ontological use of 'Hollands realisme'(Dutch realism). From an imagological point of view it follows the discussion on the national taste of the Dutch from 1790 till 1860.
