Abstract
A brief introduction to the Victims of Crime Bill, which is being discussed in the Parliament of the Czech Republic. It deals with the concept of victim and with fundamental principles of the Victims of Crime Bill, with victims' rights and with support for organizations providing assistance to victims of crime.
